The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse.

If you do not wish to receive such communication and materials, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing additionally on the bottom of every newsletter we send there is an “Unsubscribe” link. Simply click “Unsubscribe” and it’s as easy as that. However if you change your mind after you’ve unsubscribed you can always re-subscribe at any time so you can be the first to know about sales and subscriber-only promotions.

We’re sorry that you weren’t able to complete your order. The stock on is live and reflects what’s available in real time. Placing an item in your shopping cart doesn’t guarantee the purchase of an item. Until you’ve completed the checkout process another customer may have purchased the item, even if it’s in your cart.

You can create an account with an email address. Click on “My Account” at the top of the screen, enter your email address and preferred password in the Register section.

Delivery + Returns

Please allow at least 1-2 days handling time before your order is dispatched.
Please allow 2-7 days for standard delivery. WA and NT customers please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery.

Firstly we have a strict no returns on sale product. If you qualify for a return (of a non sale item), you are required to cover the postage cost of returning products within Australia. We do request that you inform us of your return by sending an email with the details of your order and reason for return to please also include the shipping details so we can track your order and ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Once non sale item returns are received, we will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, we will process immediately within 1-2 working days and send you an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1-7 business days (varies depending on your financial institution) for the funds to appear in your account.

Once you’ve submitted your order we’re unable to make changes to it, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. Please select your Blake + Grace product carefully. However sometimes things happen that are out of our control, if you feel this is the case for you, please email stating the reason for the late change and we will assess your situation and contact you with next steps if you qualify for a return/refund.

Blake + Grace don’t currently ship internationally. If you are from outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please send an email enquiry to and we will be in contact.

After your purchase is complete, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails from Blake + Grace, one confirming your order has been placed and processed and the second one will include a tracking number so you can see when you’re due to receive your Blake + Grace product/s.

We do not exchange or refund sale items. When making a purchase online we realise you don’t have the ability to try on the product before you make the purchase, and at Blake + Grace we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t fit, so we ensure we offer a return policy for all full priced items. At Blake + Grace we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We have teamed up with PayPal to handle all of our payment gateway transactions. Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
