General

The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Please email us at info@blakeandgrace.com.au if you’d like to know if, or when, we’ll get any additional stock of that particular shoe.

If you do not wish to receive such communication and materials, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing info@blakeandgrace.com.au additionally on the bottom of every newsletter we send there is an “Unsubscribe” link. Simply click “Unsubscribe” and it’s as easy as that. However if you change your mind after you’ve unsubscribed you can always re-subscribe at any time so you can be the first to know about sales and subscriber-only promotions.

We’re sorry that you weren’t able to complete your order. The stock on Blakeandgrace.com.au is live and reflects what’s available in real time. Placing an item in your shopping cart doesn’t guarantee the purchase of an item. Until you’ve completed the checkout process another customer may have purchased the item, even if it’s in your cart.

You can create an account with an email address. Click on “My Account” at the top of the screen, enter your email address and preferred password in the Register section.

Delivery + Returns

Please allow at least 1-2 days handling time before your order is dispatched.
Please allow 2-7 days for standard delivery. WA and NT customers please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery.

Yes we do, however shipping and delivery times can vary. Please see details on our Shipping + Delivery page for more information.

If you qualify for a return, you are required to cover the postage cost of returning products within Australia. We do request that you inform us of your return by sending an email with the details of your order and reason for return to info@blakeandgrace.com.au please also include the shipping details so we can track your order and ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. For more information about returning and refund eligibility please go to our Returns + Refunds page.

Once returns are received, we will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, we will process immediately within 1-2 working days and send you an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1-7 business days (varies depending on your financial institution) for the funds to appear in your account.

Once you’ve submitted your order we’re unable to make changes to it, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. Please select your Blake + Grace product carefully. However sometimes things happen that are out of our control, if you feel this is the case for you, please email info@blakeandgrace.com.au stating the reason for the late change and we will assess your situation and contact you with next steps if you qualify for a return/refund.

Blake + Grace don’t currently ship internationally. If you are from outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please send an email enquiry to info@blakeandgrace.com.au and we will be in contact.

After your purchase is complete, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails from Blake + Grace, one confirming your order has been placed and processed and the second one will include a tracking number so you can see when you’re due to receive your Blake + Grace product/s.

When making a purchase online we realise you don’t have the ability to try on the product before you make the purchase, and at Blake + Grace we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t fit, so we ensure we offer a return policy. Please go to our Returns page to see if you are eligible for a return and refund.

If you’ve fallen in love with the shoe, we don’t have the size in stock but you just have to have it, please send us an email at info@blakeandgrace.com.au and we can look to include your request in our next production, if we continue the product.

Payment

At Blake + Grace you can make your purchase by PayPal or Credit Card: We accept Mastercard and Visa. You can also purchase using a Blake + Grace gift card. Gift Cards are issued in Australian dollars (AUD). Are issued on a one-time use per customer and are taken off the total invoice amount. No cash redemption for a Gift card code is possible. To redeem a Gift Card, go to your cart, click on your store credit coupon to subtract it from your carts total. For more information on payments go to our Payment Methods page.

At Blake + Grace we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We have teamed up with PayPal to handle all of our payment gateway transactions. Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.

PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details, send and receive money or accept credit and debit cards as a seller.
