Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

When making a purchase online we realise you don’t have the ability to try on the product before you make the purchase, and at Blake + Grace we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t fit, so we ensure we offer a return policy.
To be eligible for a return, and therefore a refund, the products you are returning must be:
• purchased within the last 30 days
• unworn, undamaged and unmarked
• in their original condition
• in the original packaging or shoe box
If you qualify for a return, you are required to cover the postage cost of returning products within Australia. We do request that you inform us of your return by sending an email with the details of your order and reason for return to info@blakeandgrace.com.au please also include the shipping details so we can track your order and ensure we assess your return as quickly as possible.
We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and advise why, we will then discuss returning the product back to you along with associated delivery cost.
Please take care when opening your products and please ensure you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the soles.

I bought the wrong size!

We do not offer exchanges at Blake + Grace, so if your shoes don’t fit, we are happy to offer you a full refund, if eligible. We then encourage you to go back to blakeandgrace.com.au and purchase the correct size if we have it in stock.


Refunds processing information

Once returns are received, we will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, we will process immediately and send you an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1-7 business days (varies depending on your financial institution) for the funds to appear in your account.
The refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account that you paid from.


We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

The return was made after 30 days
The products are marked, damaged or show signs of wear
The products are not returned in their original and undamaged box or packaging
We will contact you if any items are not eligible for a refund.


Refunds on orders made during discount promotions

Items that were bought during a promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item (i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.)


Faulty Items

At Blake + Grace we closely check our items before they are despatched to you, and would never intend to have you receive a faulty item, in which case we really hope you’re not reading this section. However, if you are, we are deeply sorry if you’ve received a faulty item from us. If you wish to return this item and the purchase was made within the 30-day return period please email info@blakeandgrace.com.au with the detail of your faulty product and return the product to:

Once we’ve processed and determined if the item is faulty, you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.
