Shipping + Delivery
Shipping is free for all Blake and Grace orders over $100.00 AUD within Australia.
A flat rate shipping rate of $10 AUD applies to all orders under $100.00 AUD within Australia.
After your purchase is complete, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails from Blake and Grace, one confirming your order has been placed and processed and the second one will include a tracking number so you can see when you’re due to receive your Blake and Grace product/s.
Please allow at least 1-2 days handling time before your order is dispatched.
Please allow 2-7 days for standard delivery.
Orders cannot be processed without the mandatory information requested when completing your online order.
Blake + Grace use Australia Post to deliver our products.
Blake + Grace do not currently ship internationally. If you are from outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please send an email enquiry to email@example.com and we will be in contact.
Important Delivery + Shipping Information:
We start processing and packing your order as quickly as possible once your payment has been processed. This means that once you’ve submitted your order we’re unable to make changes to it, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. Please select your Blake + Grace product carefully.
Once your products have left Blake + Grace, we are no longer responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly utilising the tracking number provided when your goods are dispatched from Blake + Grace.
Blake + Grace prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We try to ensure that all products listed on our Blake + Grace website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that something you’ve ordered isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder if applicable to that product or a full refund if payment had been processed already.
